Cancellation Policy

At Junie’s Playroom, we understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable, and we always do our best to be understanding and flexible.

However, as a small, independently run business, each special event takes a great deal of planning, coordination, and preparation — and we handle it all ourselves. Because of this, all special event bookings are non-refundable once reserved.

🔔 This policy applies to ticketed special events only. Birthday party bookings follow a separate cancellation policy.
 

• We will always do our best to fill your spot from our waitlist or through social media.
   
  • If we are able to fill your spot, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
     
• You may also transfer your reservation to a friend or family member (for the same number or fewer guests you originally booked, including both children and adults).
   
  • You must notify us in writing at least 2 hours before the event by email at juniesplayroom@gmail.com or by direct message, including the full names of the new guests.
     
  • Please note: We do not handle financial exchanges between parties. All transfer arrangements must be handled privately.
     

If Junie’s Playroom must cancel an event due to illness, weather, low registration, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund.
